HDFC is the worst service,
without informing us they open two to three RD accounts and if we complain also they wont reply you properly
@Lavanya check for the escalation contacts, like region heads and drop the mail.. If you still not getting any response.. you can complaint to RBI stating ur contact no is misused by bank employees you can sue them...
I will advise your bank authority to appoint proper employees at ground level. Otherwise they will misguide elite customers for their sales target purpose. Unfortunately Bank appointing few unprofessional into this field. Recently i had a worst experience for personnel loan approach. They simply reject my application with unknown reason. I have a decent slry with good financial track record and I don’t have any kind of loan from any banks. I want to know the correct reason for this.
If I wont get any response, I will suggest my company to withdraw their transactions with your bank.

For changing the mobile number of my account i have submitted a form given by the bank in the nearest HDFC branch and i have received one sms stating that my mobile number has been updated for "sms banking".However when i tired to add a beneficiary, the insta password has been forwarded to the old mobile number itself. What i need to do for changing my mobile number ?

HDFC is WORST bank for ever. and waste service. will just make you roam around all the branches and nothing is addressed and they will not resolve any of your issues and they will debited amount without my consent and there will be no information also.

I got a call from HDFC Sale for Credit card, they offer to me a Credit Card, then the Document boy came and collected all doucmentation after that i am not getting any reporose from they side even they not reciving my call too,
so only need from they please return my all documents respectvely as well

For my HDFC account, RS3000 have been deducted on 14Dec2013 but didnt receive sms alert or email. I have not idea why and how it has been deducted.

I had a salaried account (savings) opened from my ex company with hdfc. Now I'm not using it. But I do have a credit card from HDFC. Whenever I keep some amount in the savings account to pay the CC bill online HDFC bank is deducting me 400 rs/- for some "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS ". This is hurting me a lot. I lost almost 6000-7000 rupess till now. Please help me what can I do for this

World worst service in the HDFC bank.
Because I have converted EMI. Before convert EMI. The credit card phone bankers given commitment as no charges of convertion. But they have done the charges. Even I have asked verly clearly. But till now i haven't get clear information from them.
Then Savings account. I am an IBM Employee. I have salary account with HDFC. There is no option to reach the phone banker's. If we would have select either 1 or 2.. no option for their database for any quries.

Hi Guys my suggestion is for all of you.Don,t go with HDFC BANK because if you will face any problem Bank will not hear you. wither it's related phone Banking or related Account. I am facing problem since 6 months every time i dialed phone banking number and gets connected with the person who doesn't know how to speak and treat.
