Really worst bank ... I hate this and i recommend people not to prefer this bank and espcially the credit card serives are too bad unbelivable hidden charges people please be aware of this ...

Today i was booking IRCTC ticket then my money got deducted from my account but IRCTC statement says Payment not received and settlement requested and ticket booking failed.
So Please let me know how my money will come back to my account and how much time will take

My question is that in between (HDFC---IRCTC)transaction failed so where money gone ... i did not get any information from bank...please let me know...

Bank should take good software service if money not paid by any transaction to any third party then we should receive mail or message by saying money will be refound by 1 day....or any time..???

Am using HDFC credit card, this validity is going to be end in next month. I heard that the next card will be automatically sent to our address. Actually I don't want to continue the credit card. What is the procedure we need to do?

wORST BANK VERY POOR REPLY
just sitting to grab the money from the indian .
They are charging for not used cards rs 600.00 dount u think its disgusting ?
As today i have called to the no 9661887708 they are not receiveing the call i can share the call log I have called fron 3 no For not less than 40 to 50 times, they are disconnecting the call when i say my name .
This is the service they give us.
